Being born and raised in the area and coming back to help my local community traverse their legal issues had been my life's mission. I have built my practice of 17 years with dedication and hard work and keeping my clients first. Our Team

Benjamin Gibson, Attorney

Born and raised in Marion County, Benjamin obtained his Law Degree in Fayetteville at the University of Arkansas. After graduation, he was eager to return home and start his family and law practice. He is very proud to be from our area and to serve his fellow Arkansans.

Emily Milligan, Paralegal

As our paralegal and office manager, Emily will work directly with you to make sure you get the services you need. She was also born and raised in Marion County and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Arkansas State University. Emily has proudly served her fellow residents in the legal field since 2007. Emily is the heart of our office and looks forward to helping our clients.
